Nestled in the community of Swan Lake, the Lorne Memorial Hospital (18 beds) provides a comprehensive range of high-quality patient services to residents of the service area. The two physicians, registered and licensed practical nurses and allied health professionals provide an integrated and holistic approach to medical and emergency services. The hospital area is enriched with diverse cultures. Lorne Memorial Hospital has an advanced palliative care program with dedicated coordinators and volunteers.
