Located in Pilot Mound, the Rock Lake Health District Personal Care Home, an affiliate health corporation, is an accredited 24-bed personal care home which provides a home-like atmosphere for all who choose to call this beautiful facility home. There are currently 125 staff working at the Prairie View Lodge and Rock Lake Health District personal care homes.
