Provincial Guidance on Upper Endoscopy Procedures

A provincial guidance document has been released regarding upper endoscopy procedures.  Directors of Health Services, Program Directors (or delegates) please review and implement accordingly.

Increase in Phishing Attacks

There have been increased Phishing attacks attempting to take advantage of COVID-19 uncertainty.  Directors of Health Services, Program Directors (or delegates) please review and share with all staff.

A document has been released regarding the management of home visits.  Directors of Health Services, Program Directors (or delegates) please review and share as applicable.

COVID-19 Testing - Protocols for Primary Care

A protocol for primary care regarding testing for COVID-19 has been released. Further to this protocol, consider the use of the online Health Links-Info Santé screening tool.  Directors of Health Services, Program Directors (or delegates) please review and implement accordingly.

Privacy and Security Considerations

The following document has been provided as a reminder to staff regarding privacy and security considerations relating to COVID-19.  Although there are references to WRHA policies, the principles are the same as Southern Health-Santé Sud's.
