Pediatric guidelines for COVID-19 testing and routine immunizations have been released.  A Standard Operating Procedure for Nasopharyngeal Swab (Pediatric) has also been released.

A new memo has been released regarding the need to isolate a client and collect a nasopharyngeal swab when an individual has diarrhea (or vomiting) for more than 24 hours.

Staying Grounded During COVID-19: Staff health and Wellness Booster Sessions

To support health system workers, Shared Health and their Psychological Health & Safety Committee partners have brought together skilled trainers from across the province to facilitate a number of Staff Booster Sessions.  These are short (approx. 20 minute) sessions that include topics such as stress management, self-care and dealing with uncertainty.  Four sessions have been organized to start and staff are encouraged to register for the session that works for their schedule.  More dates will be added.
