This is a 3 part series (3 classes with each class being 2 hours in length).
The workshop is led by a nurse and a dietitian health care professionals to support you in learning how to manage your health as successfully as possible (How Diabetes Works; Basics of Healthy Eating; Activity & Living with Diabetes). Each class is designed for people who are at risk for developing diabetes, newly diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes or prediabetes or for those who need a diabetes review.
Cost: Free
Participants must register ahead of time as space is limited.
