Southern Health-Santé Sud Board of Directors November 2019 Meeting Highlights

Sacred Moment
Mr. William Osachuk shared a YouTube video from Yogi philosopher, Swami Mukundananda, about “The trap of 99.”  The video illustrates that, although a person may have ninety-nine things, they may still be unhappy because they continue to seek that one additional thing that may make them truly happy.  The lesson that Swami Mukundananda is portraying is that happiness is a choice.  We can chose to live in the moment and be happy with what we already have.
