COVID-19 Vaccination Survey - First Nations
A provincial survey has been created to help gather information regarding COVID-19 vaccine uptake and to understand vaccine hesitancy for First Nations throughout Manitoba. The survey will be live from April 22 - May 6, 2021, but may be extended. The survey is intended for Health Care Professionals working with First Nations in Manitoba.
The survey should only take 5 minutes to complete, and responses are completely anonymous.
