Southern Health-Santé Sud COVID-19 Staff Screening Tool
A new Southern Health-Santé Sud specific COVID-19 Staff Screening Tool has been developed adapting the first level provincial screening tool that staff have been using throughout the pandemic. It includes all the recent provincial changes regarding COVID-19 testing, reporting and self-isolation so that staff and leaders can independently determine required responses and then also know when a call for Occupational Health screening is required.
